6、工作原理

多功能提取罐有四种提取方法分别为以下几个：

 (1)水提：水和中药装入提取罐内，开始给夹层热源(如蒸汽)，罐内沸腾后减少供给热源，保持罐内沸腾即可，维持时间根据提取药理工艺而定，如密闭提取需给冷却水，使蒸汽汽体冷却后回到提取罐内，保持循环和温度。

 (2)醇提：先将药和酒精加入罐内必须密闭，给夹层热源蒸汽，打开冷却水使罐内达到需要温度时(根据提取药理工艺而定)减少供给热源，使上升汽态酒精经过冷凝器后成液态酒精回流即可，为了提高效率，可用泵强制循环，使药液从罐下部通过泵吸出再缸上部进口回至罐内，解除局部沟流。

 (3)提油：先把含有挥发油的中药和水加入提取罐内,打开油分离器的循环阀门,调整旁通回流阀门,开供给热源阀门达到挥发温度时打开冷却水进行冷却,经冷却的药液应在分离器内保持一定高度使之分离,再个油水分离器轮换使用。
(4)回收油精： 将酒精加入缸内，给蒸气打开冷却水，再打开回收阀门即可。

6, working principle
