                                结晶罐 Crystal Tank

1、概述：

    结晶罐是用于待结晶物料的浓度达到了过饱和的高浓度，而且该物料的溶解度随着温度的变化而变化的，物料在罐内在夹层冷冻水或冷媒水冷却急剧降温的结晶设备，罐体内高精度抛光，以及罐体内清洗无死角的要求来满足工艺使用条件，其它关键环节在于夹层面积的大小，搅拌器的结构形式和物料出口形式等。广泛用于制药、食品、化工、生物等工业中物料搅拌混合，降温冷冻，成品结晶。 本公司对不同的工艺要求，具有丰富的设计和制造经验，所生产的设备完全符合GMP验证要求。

2、设备结构：

    结晶罐采用进口316L或304不锈钢制作，内壁采用电解镜面或机械抛光，外壁采用304全焊接结构保温，外表面采用镜面或亚光处理。结晶罐上安装0.2μm疏水性通气过滤器。结晶罐能承受121℃高温灭菌消毒，配备卫生级压力表。

罐体对外连接口采用卫生快开接头，带有温度监控装置、视镜、清洗球及氮气进口、PH计接口、温度计接口等，搅拌电机连接口轴的密封采用特殊的卫生级机械密封，以确保物料不受污染。结晶罐可采用变频调速装置，搅拌轴转速调节范围大。

1）、设备选用中空螺带式搅拌结构可增大换热面积，提高换热效率，提升结晶产能，且进料出料方便；

2）、设备夹套内可通入蒸汽或冷媒以使物料处于*佳温度下，具有效率高，操作方便等优点；

2, equipment structure:

The crystallizer is made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel, and the inner wall adopts electrolytic mirror surface or mechanical polishing. The outer wall adopts 304 full welded structure to keep warm, and the outer surface is mirror or matt. A 0.2 M hydrophobic vent filter is installed on the crystallizer. The crystallizing pot can withstand sterilization at 121 DEG C, and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

The external connector adopts quick open joint health, with the temperature control device, mirror, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet, pH, thermometer interface interface, motor shaft sealing stirring connector adopts sanitary mechanical special sealing, to ensure that the material is not contaminated. The crystallizer can adopt frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the speed range of the stirring shaft is large.

3, equipment features:

1) the equipment adopts the hollow spiral ribbon mixing structure, which can increase the heat exchange area, increase the heat exchange efficiency, improve the crystallization capacity, and the material is convenient to discharge;

2) the steam or cooling medium can be used in the equipment jacket, so that the material is at the optimum temperature, and the utility model has the advantages of high efficiency and convenient operation;

3) the equipment is equipped with 0.2 M hydrophobic filter, the tank can withstand high temperature steam sterilization, and equipped with sanitary pressure gauge;
